Alloa - Bitumen Felt Roof

The Alloa Shillinghill project entailed an extensive refurbishment of a 2000 square meter flat roof, combining durability and visual appeal. The initial phase necessitated removing a whopping eight skips worth of chippings and debris, crucial for preparing the base. The construction process then proceeded with the installation of recovery boards, followed by a layer of sanded felt for robust protection. The project was finalised with a top layer of mineral felt, adding not only strength but also an aesthetic touch, effectively blending functional requirements with an enhanced appearance.
